Group Registration

This may change over time. Please let us know when there is a change to the number of planned students.

In order to book your group, you must upload a student list in excel format. Please include columns for surname, first name, date of birth, sex, allergies, and medical conditions. If the group changes, you can send an updated list at any time.

Maximum size 10MB

Please fill out accurate information about the group's arrival flight details. If you do not have these yet, please send them as soon as possible.

*Please note that our usual, acceptable arrival times into host families are between 08:00 - 22:00. If you know your arrival time is likely fall outside of that sphere, please let Inlingua know as soon as possible and prior to flight bookings if applicable. Under some circumstances we can make exceptions, but ideally, we do not want students arriving too late as it will likely disrupt the family's schedule.

Please note that it is usually difficult to get private rooms, especially for large groups. Where possible, we will try to accommodate your preferences.
