In order to book your group, you must upload a student list in excel format. Please include columns for surname, first name, date of birth, sex, allergies, and medical conditions. If the group changes, you can send an updated list at any time.

Please note that it is usually difficult to get private rooms, especially for large groups. Where possible, we will try to accommodate your preferences.
Please choose the activities and excursions you would like added to your programme. We will generate a group plan based on your selection. For all activities and excursions, the ratio of 1 teacher/leader: 15 students (1:12 students for under 16s) is required. Please tell us if you have made alternative arrangements and do not require inlingua staff.
