Bank transfer

A sterling transfer through your own bank. Our details are below and on your invoice.

You pay the bank charges. The amount we receive must cover the full invoice, so add the charges on top or the balance will be requested later.

Credit card

Pay by card through Pay to Study on our website.

Card payments may attract fees or levies, which are payable by you.

Cash

You can pay cash directly at the school, in person, during office hours.

Never send cash in the post.

Accommodation by instalments

If you would prefer to pay your accommodation fees in instalments, we can arrange that.

An administration fee of £25 per instalment applies. Tuition fees must be paid in full before your course starts.

Before you pay

Three things save everyone a great deal of email.

  • Use your invoice number and surname as the payment reference. Payments without a reference can take days to match to the right student.
  • Check your invoice for the amount. Your offer letter is also your invoice — it shows the deposit, the balance and any administrative charges.
  • Pay in pounds sterling, and make sure the amount we receive covers the full invoice after any charges.

If you are paying by bank transfer, email us a copy of the transaction so we can match it quickly.

When to pay

On acceptance The £60 registration fee, plus the £40 accommodation arrangement fee if we are arranging your accommodation. Both are non-refundable, and the enrolment process stops until they are paid.
If you need a visa A further deposit of 15% of the total invoice, plus administrative fees. We can only issue your Confirmation of Enrolment and visa support letter once this has been received.
Three weeks before arrival The balance of your fees, in full.
Booking late If you book less than three weeks before your course starts, pay in full when you receive the invoice.

Late payment attracts interest of 8% per month. Students cannot start a course that has not been paid for, and lesson time missed because of late payment is not reimbursed. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
