How the weekly price works. Group course prices fall the longer you study. A student staying four weeks pays the 1–4 week rate for every week; a student staying ten weeks pays the 9–12 week rate for every week. If you extend your course, we move you into the lower band.

Questions about paying

How do I pay?

You can pay by card online, by sterling bank transfer, or through your agent. All payments are made in pounds sterling. You are responsible for your own bank charges, and the amount we receive must cover the full invoice.

Do I have to pay everything at once?

No. You reserve your place with the registration fee and, if you need accommodation, the accommodation arrangement fee. The balance is due at least three weeks before you arrive. If you book less than three weeks before your course starts, full payment is due on receipt of the invoice.

I need a visa. What do I pay first?

Students who need a visa pay a deposit of 15% of the total invoice plus all administrative fees when we send your confirmation of enrolment. Only once we have that deposit can we issue your visa support letter. The remaining balance is due three weeks before you arrive. If your visa is refused and you send us the refusal letter, we refund everything except the non-refundable registration and accommodation fees and any costs already incurred.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancelling more than 21 days before the course begins costs you the deposit and non-refundable fees. From 21 to 15 days before, the charge is 33% of the invoice; 14 to 8 days, 66%; 7 to 3 days, 75%; 2 days or less, 100%. There are no refunds once a course has started.

Are the prices on this page the final price?

Yes. Every figure here is the gross price a student pays. There are no booking fees or service charges added at checkout. The only extras are the ones listed on this page — accommodation, transfers, add-ons and the two administrative fees — and the fee calculator adds them up for you.

Can I extend my course once I am here?

Yes, subject to visa restrictions and accommodation availability. We add the extension to your original booking, which often moves you into a lower price band, so your extra weeks may cost less per week than your first ones.
