These courses are specially designed for the over 40s. The courses are designed around English and Tourism or English and Gardens. The client will have English lessons in the morning for three hours every weekday. The focus of these lessons is the English related to the trip in the afternoon. The morning sessions are also used to talk about the afternoon trip and what the group are likely to see
Morning lessons are taught in a closed group and the afternoons will be spent visiting local places of interest, such as Stratford Upon Avon, Oxford, Bristol, Bath, Berkeley Castle, Cotswold Villages, Forest of Dean to name a few.
We also offer morning lessons as described above plus afternoon trips to local gardens and monuments. We visit places like: Hidcot Manor and Gardens, Snowshill Manor, Painswock Rococo Gardens, Blenheim Palace and Woodstock, Gatcombe Park, Westonbirt Arboretum, Kiftsgate House and Gardens, to name but a few.
