Separated from the Main School building by a pleasant garden, our Business Centre provides executive clients with the ideal environment in which to relax and concentrate on improving their English.

The reception area provides a natural meeting point where you can take a rest, enjoy a drink and chat to your fellow clients in between lessons. You also have the opportunity to check your email or use the internet. There is also plenty of opportunity to network with the other executive clients in our Executive Social Programme.

Individual needs analysis & programme design
Your programme is designed to meet your individual needs. The content of your programme will be based on both your language and professional needs. We give you the specific language you will need for each business situation by using the specially developed inlingua APP material and modules in Presentations, Meetings, Business Correspondence, Negotiating, Telephoning & Socialising as well as other suitable texts and materials.

Experienced and dedicated training team
The majority of our trainers are experienced in management, finance, law and business as well as being accomplished trainers. Some have further qualifications like MBAs and the LCCI Further Certificate in Teaching Business English. However, most importantly at inlingua Cheltenham we work together as team to deliver a truly customer-driven service.

A high level of quality and service
In order to make sure that your course remains on target and to maintain our excellent reputation, you are regularly consulted throughout your course. We want to make sure that your course remains relevant to your language needs and wants. However, the best ideas for improvement have often come from our clients. Good communication and close attention to quality of service have allowed us to evolve towards the changing requirements of our valuable customers.

Role play meetings
Every week, we run a simulated business meeting which gives you an opportunity to practise the English you need during meetings. Whether you are running the meeting or making a contribution you will learn how to make a suggestion, agree with colleagues or to solve a problem as part of an international group. This optional activity allows you to prepare for the meeting from case study notes then receive trainer feedback at the end. Some clients may prefer to give a presentation and we are happy to cater for this requirement.

Company visits
We frequently arrange visits to local companies of interest. A guided tour of an interesting factory can often provide stimulating and useful language practice. If you ever need to show guests around your production facility or describe a manufacturing/technical process these tours can certainly help. Visits in the past have included; The Morgan Sports Car Factory, building hand-made retro cars in the nearby town Malvern, as well as the state-of-the-art automated production found at the BMW - Mini-cooper plant in Oxford.
