Our Accommodation and Welfare Officer is available to help with any questions or concerns that you may have during your stay. We
want to make your stay in the UK as fulfilling, fun and worthwhile as possible. This said, all staff are available to talk to, and are only too happy to help with any problems that you may have.
If you need urgent assistance outside of school hours, here at inlingua Cheltenham we offer a 24-hour emergency telephone number, where a member of staff is available to help and assist.
If you are coming from an EU country with reciprocal arrangements with Britain, there is no charge to see the doctor although you will have to pay for any medicines. This free medical treatment does not apply to medical conditions existing before your arrival in the UK, it also does not apply to dental or optical treatment. It is very important that you arrange your own personal, travel and medical insurance before you arrive.
Here are some of the things we offer:
Letters to help you open a bank account in the UK (providing you are studying long enough to open an account)
An emergency telephone number
Free help and advice with registering with a doctor or dentist
Application forms for student discount (ISIC) cards
Progress Report
End of course certificate
General support for students throughout their studies with us
We offer all our students the care and support they need to feel secure and to be successful in their studies. Here at inlingua Cheltenham our teaching and administrative team is friendly and approachable, and always happy to help students outside the classroom, as well as guiding them through their academic studies. Students are encouraged to seek support and advice whenever they need it.
"Dear inlingua Cheltenham, I want to thank you for everything......thank you for your hospitaility and kindness during my stay. In my opinion the day trips, and activities were good, the teachers and staff were always polite and I learnt a lot of English, so thank you so much" Alvaro Madrigal, Spain
