When?
- Students can start placements on any Monday throughout the year
- Applications should be received at least 6 weeks before the intended placement start date.
- The minimum length of stay is 6 weeks.
How?
- Please send in a Curriculum Vitae and a Letter of Motivation (1 page) stating what you are looking for and why you are interested in this work.
- You can take the work experience placement alone or combine it with a language programme. We recommend students take a language course at inlingua Cheltenham (minimum 2 weeks) before and after their work placement. This is not compulsory however, although applicants should check visa requirements.
Where?
- Placements can be anywhere in the UK .
- We can arrange Host family accommodation for students during their placements.
Students with a low level of English language e.g. Elementary or Pre-Intermediate may wish to improve their language first. Your understanding of English is important and it affects the type of work a company may offer you.
Please note: Work experience placements are unpaid. We can arrange paid work placements only in the Hotel and Catering Service industry
